August Picture Post

A few cute shots that I want to share, but don't really fit into a post.

Bradley at his first 3-D movie, Disney's Planes.

From a day we played with baking soda outside and did science experiments.

Playing with the "dress-up" clothes.

Splashing good times!

There's More than Corn in Indiana

After fair was over, there was a day left for us to do something as a family.
So we loaded up and headed to Indiana Beach...
Dan had bought them matching shirts earlier in the year with plans to wear them to Indiana Beach, so they are in bright yellow.

Jaxson did not want to go on the frog hopper! (Bradley went on it about 50 times!)

We also went on the log ride as a family, but I couldn't take a picture of that! Jaxson was not too happy about getting wet.

We decided to take a "selfie" since I am always behind the camera. This was on the bumper cars, right before we took off and Dan and Bradley slammed into us. I think Jaxson had whiplash!

Bradley and I took a "selfie" on the scrambler. This kid was all about going on every ride he was tall enough to go on!

County Fair 2013

The boys talk about the county fair all year long. It was finally their favorite week of the summer! (And of course it was the hottest week of the summer too!)

This was the one time that Jax snuck onto the dragon roller coaster, even though he really was not tall enough...

Those horns were sooo noisy!

They had to "test drive" the tractors!

Concert Night! One of mommy's favorite nights at the fair. It was a night out with the girls to see Jake Owen in concert.

Bradley also participated in the pedal tractor pull again this year, but he did not pull far enough to earn a trophy. Jax was so mad that he was not old enough to pull, even though he doesn't understand how to pedal yet.

We also had two nights of dirt bikes this year. There were some ATVs set up by the grandstands, the boys were all about checking out the buttons and the seats.

And one more picture I found from the open show...

Another great fair in the books.... time to start planning for 2014!
